I have an Honours degree in Social Work and English from Carleton University, along with TEFL and TESOL certifications that launched my early career in ESL teaching. Since then, I’ve worked as a freelance writer, ESL instructor, and college professor, teaching courses in academic and resume writing, psychology, sociology, professional skills, and more.
